Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. HeroLink installs as a Shopify theme app extension. You upload an image, paste a link and turn the block on in your theme editor. Most merchants publish their first banner within a few minutes.
Will it slow down my store?
HeroLink is built to be lightweight and loads together with your theme, so it does not hurt your page speed scores. Banners are served optimised for the visitor's screen size.
What does the free plan include?
A clickable banner with unlimited impressions, on any theme, on every device. It is free forever. Analytics, A/B testing, custom CSS, overlay text and whitelabel are part of the Pro plan.
How does the Pro trial work?
Pro comes with a 14-day free trial billed through your Shopify account. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can downgrade to Free at any time from inside the app.
